This hot pot in Anthem is good for beginners who want to try hot pot. The broth was very flavorful. We took home two containers of broth to eat at home. There were some good options for veggies, and they give you good portions, but I prefer more variety. The protein selections are meat heavy, but the seafood options were fresh. We would recommend this place for folks who live north of Phoenix and can’t make the trek to Mesa.

Kobe Hotpot & Ramen: A Culinary Gem in Anthem Kobe Hotpot & Ramen is more than just a meal; it's a delightful, communal culinary experience that truly deserves a five-star rating. As a fan of hotpot and authentic Asian cuisine, I was blown away by the quality and flavor on offer. This isn't just another restaurant; it's a destination. The selection and freshness of the ingredients are truly top-notch. The thinly sliced beef options, including the Angus Chuck Eye Roll and Kobe Top Sirloin, are perfectly marbled and melt-in-your-mouth tender, cooking beautifully in the simmering broth. The seafood, with generous portions of fresh shrimp and other options, tastes like it was just caught. What impressed me most was the vibrant and plentiful vegetable platter. It's not an afterthought; it's a star of the show. With crisp napa cabbage, leafy bok choy, sweet corn, and a variety of mushrooms, every bite felt fresh and healthy, absorbing the rich flavors of the broth. Speaking of broth, the base soup options are the heart of the hotpot experience, and Kobe excels here. I opted for the spicy miso, which delivered a perfectly balanced heat that was both exhilarating and deeply savory, without being overwhelming. My dining companion tried the Thai Fusion, a spicy lemongrass broth that was bright, aromatic, and had an incredible depth of flavor. Other options like the Black Garlic Tonkotsu and the vegan Buddha Pot with a shiitake bok choy base ensure there is a rich and complex flavor for every palate. The interactive nature of hotpot, combined with the restaurant's excellent service and inviting atmosphere, makes for a truly memorable evening. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic, making you feel welcomed from the moment you step in. If you're in the Anthem area and looking for an exceptional dining experience, Kobe Hotpot & Ramen is an absolute must-visit. The quality of the meat, seafood, and vegetables is unparalleled, and the masterful complexity of the soup bases will have you planning your next visit before you've even finished your first.

Excellent hotpot! The meat quality is very good. The broths are made from scratch! I absolutely love the sauces to dip the meats into. They have an assortment of meats and veggies. The crispy chicken is really good too. Love this place.

2nd time here. First time we tried ramen a few years ago, and decided to try the hot pot tonight. Our servers were Holden and Alex. Very nice gentlemen, and good about checking in. Meat cuts were really good. Decent size portions. Very filling. Clean environment, peaceful, has a nice homey vibe.
